Vacations With Flair

VWF isn't just in the business of selling vacations... we partner with clients to create meaningful memories and experiences.  Our small business has been built on referrals - happy clients telling others about us, which we don't take for granted.
We HUGELY value and appreciate our clients!  You are never just a number or a name to us.  YOU are the reason we exist! You can count on us to be here with you every step of the way as you figure out how to change/cancel your travel plans and decide when to travel again.
As always, we are committed to doing whatever it takes to be an advocate, guide and resource for your travel questions and plans. We don't work for the hotels - we work for YOU!

FAQ

Most frequent travel questions and answers during the Covid-19 crisis

Our best advice is to purchase trip insurance.  Our preferred vendor is still offering CFAR, “cancel for any reason” insurance.  This will allow you to get a full refund in the event that your plans fall through (whether they are virus related reasons or not).

If your trip is canceled by Covid and you do not have trip insurance…  all is not lost.  Hotels are currently allowing those reservations to be rescheduled without fees.  Our team will make sure you get all the options and answers you need.

No don’t cancel.  Companies are not waiving cancelation fees for 2021.  Let’s hang on and believe that there will be an end to this crisis soon.

According to the CDC, most viruses and germs don’t spread easily on airplanes…  “Because of how air circulates and is filtered on airplanes, most viruses and other germs do not spread easily. Although the risk of infection on an airplane is low, try to avoid contact with sick passengers, avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands, and wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.”

Yes!  Airports and resorts are doing an amazing job of sanitizing.  And, right now, travel deals are at an all time low.  Since we are able to offer the CFAR insurance which allows you to cancel for a full refund, why not go ahead and plan a trip?  When those dates come, you will either be enjoying life on a tropical beach (hooray), or you’ll have a refund and can continue relying on Netflix for entertainment.  Either way, there’s very little risk.
