Direct them to your informational page!  You can send them the direct page link, or embed it as a link like this. I have seen lots of couples have fantastic success by creating a private Facebook group to get the word out.  This can be done immediately, even before the “Save the Dates”.

No problem!  We can accommodate them, according to the resort’s availability.  Rooms requested outside the room block will take a little bit longer to confirm, just because I have to get a confirmation number from the resort and request that the new room category be pulled into our room block.  I will work out all the details to ensure a smooth and easy booking process for your guests!  The resort will honor our group rate for all categories.

We get so excited to tell you about new bookings on your group?  You’ll receive an email from us immediately after we send your guests their invoice.  I send out updated rooming lists on Fridays, but you can ask us at any time for an updated rooming list.

No.  Your initial contract deposit covers this.  Just let me know what room you prefer and what your travel dates are.   Just email, call or use large blue “Book Now” button on the info page we created for your wedding.

Free Room credits are assessed by the hotel approximately 30 days before your trip.  You will get this in a dollar amount and will be able to use it however you want.  We can use it to pay off your room invoice, send it to you in check form, or apply it to your credit card.
